Change Exchange Online Inbox Language

Login to Webmail, Click "Options" > "Mail"

 Left Panel select "Region and Time Zone" and change your language

After change the language, you will show "Rename default folders so their names match the specified language", after click SAVE the inbox language will changed, if you using Outlook 2016, it will change too

First Purchase activate the Office

If you purchase Office 2013 and Office 2016, you should create a MS Office Account to hold your Office product key, Your box of product inside only have a key card, the physical key card is used for redeem the installation key, after redeem the installation Key the key card is no value rubbish.

I will suggest after redeem the installation key, you should write down the register Office Account e-mail and product installation key on this physical key card to identify you own this product.

If you redeem more than one office product on your account, the page only Added Date to identify each office, so if you redeem 10 pcs as same time, you will hard to identify which one is new entry, because it will not sort by entry order , Each office account only hold 30 office product.

If you purchase the Office 2013/2016 in Hong Kong, once you redeem the product you have 3 language for choose, "Chinese Tradition", "Chinese PRC" and "English", even your physical product is english, you also choose Chinese language, but remind your redeem only have times to select the language you can not change later, but the installation key did not limit the language, your install key can use and install any language office, just your download page only your selected Language for download.

Upgrade to Windows 10 downgrade to Windows 7 / 8

不小心升級了Windows 10，原來可輕鬆地還原回前一個版本。

限制 : 

 - 升級一個月內可以還原回Windows 7 / 8

 - 如Windows 10內作出左大量使用者帳戶的修改可能會導致不能還原

注意 : 
 - Windows 升級時會把原有的Windows, Program Files & User folder存放到Windows.old資料夾內，如內裹資料被刪除會不能還原
 - 升級時本來的使用者內的所有資料會遷移到新的Windows Profile內，當Downgrade時會把資料遷移回舊Windows Profile內，但請事先備份Profile內的所有資料，我已試過還原時Profile內的資料全數失踪。

1. Press Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery >  "Get Started" for Go Back to Windows 7/8

Sonicwall Guess services allow you to force wire & wireless connection to accept terms or login for internet access

1. First you should setup interface port for the connection (for example we using X4 port)

2. configure the DHCP for X4 interface


























3. Create a new zone assign to X4 interface





































4. Enable the Guest services.

remark : if you just want client to accept terms with out authentication, you can click "Enable Policy Page without authentication", configure button you can modify the terms detail.






































5. Configure the Guest Services.














6.  Base on services you can mass generate account and print the ticket.















7. Guest status you will see all connected session.











8. After connect the Wire / Wireless, open the browse you will get the login page.

9. If you enable no authentication will direct show terms, once the wireless is off, the session will remove around 15-30mins

iPhone 6 爆Monitor 維修

28-Feb-2015 今日跌爆左個iPhone 6以下是維修時需知，價錢及程序!  跌爆Monitor當日好急，返左屋企做完Backup即刻就去左Retail Store，點知排隊都只係做Booking預約，約左2-Mar-2015。
2-Mar-2015 預早11:55己經去到Apple Store，姐姐仔來幫我登記及料解情況，其實視乎損壞情況啦，因為隨爆Mon外，機身多處位置都花了，如果沒有存貨可更換手機的話，我就換Mon算啦，適逢有貨所以俾$2368成部換左去，當然換機佢一定唔係俾賣街packing的iPhone你，佢係俾維修更換用packing的iPhone，即係Apple佢地認證過全新或番新既iPhone，呢點大家要留意因為係番新所以要驗清楚，收左貨出左門口有問題你行返入去佢唔會換俾你，只會做維修，我收到第一部機即彈，Screen內有一粒黑點的塵，第二部才收貨。

 維修程序
   
- 先致電Apple Support預約維修 iPhone, 如果你 Walk-in 去Apple Shop除非冇人做維修啦，如果唔係你去到就係排隊做booking.

- 如果手機仲可以開到機請先用電腦 iTunes把 iPhone Backup一次先，如果你平時做開個Backup就好快攪掂，如果你從來冇做過，個backup可能要做1-2個鐘視乎你有幾多Data。#註1

- 預約好日期維修當天需準時到Apple Retail Store 交付手機驗查及報價，維修約需時48小時，如更換手機則視乎存貨，有存貨可以即時更換，費用一般如下 :

以下是保養期內意外跌爛iPhone Monitor Screen費用
$848 更換 iPhone Screen (如iPhone Case灣曲導致不能更換Monitor Screen則需整部手機更換。
$2368 更換整個 iPhone 手機 (注意是維修用的全新或番新iPhone，包裝與零售版本不同)
$868及$2368基本上係與保養無關，即係買機到手未滿7天／未滿一年／過晒保養都係呢個價錢，因為跌爛並唔係本身機件問題，係人為損壞。

*** 任何並非人為損壞Apple保養是包含在內的，如果你的iPhone是明顯坐灣左，應該係計算在人為損壞，如果好輕微灣曲如玉眼不能分辨出來，我個人認為可以懶產品質量問題要求維修或更換，iPhone內多處位置都有試水紙，如因入水導致損壞係講唔過的。

 - 維修或更換完手機回家用iTunes restore backup便可以還原所有資料。

如果你係全新手機及購買未滿60天，你可以購買額外既AppleCare+ $688 , 需另外俾$548元意外保障就可以更換成部手機，但只限兩次！抵唔抵就視乎你點玩，如果你係裸跑朋友，我建議買機時一定要買埋AppleCare+，裸跑一至兩年部機一定由頭花到尾，介時換其他手機想把現有手機乾乾淨淨俾屋企人用俾多$548就ok, 或你有心理準備一定跌爛AppleCare+一定抵D。

 *** 注意必需在購買手時一拼購買或購買後60天內到Retail Store購買，Retail Store會驗查你購買紀錄及驗查手機沒有損壞才能成功購買。

關於備份，所有的備份是不會儲存密碼的，當回復手機後，電郵帳號，Wi-Fi密碼等等都需要重新輸入密碼，另外App內的設定大部份都會同備份前相同，但如果是Game的話如Chain Chronicle是必需用引繼才可以取回帳號，其他如Puzzle & Dragon則可以放心備份回復。

 - 出現下圖, 點選 "選項" 按鈕及選擇 "設定"

 - 第一頁的 "一般設定"  最低的部份是休假回覆, 先click "開啟休假回覆" , 選擇第一天休假的第一天及最後一天, 輸入主旨及回覆內容, 最後記得儲存變更

Remark : 只要設定好日期, 就可預先開啟休假回覆!!

Windows 8 如何進入安全模式

在以往的 Windows 版本中，如果想要進入【安全模式】，我只需要在尚未進入 Windows 開機畫面之前按下【F8】，就可以看到【進階開機選項】，然後就可以選擇【安全模式】了。

但是在 Windows 8 中，您可能會發現，不管怎麼按F8，都不會出現【進階開機選項】畫面，只會直接進入 Windows 8 開機畫面。那這樣又該怎麼進入安全模式呢?

原來在 Windows 8 中，考慮到平板電腦的使用者可能沒辦法擁有鍵盤可以按 F8，而且為了要讓電腦與平板電腦等等不同的裝置都能擁有一致的使用者體驗，加上因為開機速度變更快了等等各種因素，所以 Windows 8 變更了進階開機啟動的方式。

如何進入安全模式

在 Windows 8 中，改變了進階啟動的方式，如果您想要開啟安全模式的話，您可以以下面方式來開啟。

首先將滑鼠移動到最右下角，然後打開【常用工具列】，然後點選【設定】，然後再點選【變更電腦設定】。

按下【立即重新啟動】之後，會出現如下的【請稍後】的畫面。

然後很快的就出現了一些選項可以選擇，不過到目前為止，它還沒有重新開機喔。稍等一下子之後，他就會出現進階啟動選單供您選擇。

因為我們要進入【安全模式】，所以我們按下畫面中間的【疑難排解】。

接下來會進入到【疑難排解】選單中，這邊可以看到有三個選項，前兩個是關於系統重新整理與重設的選項，我們繼續按下最下面的【進階選項】。

然後我們在進階選項中可以看到一些關於系統還原與修復的功能選項。

接下來再繼續點選【進階選項】中的【啟動設定】。

按下【啟動設定】之後會出現如下圖的提示，告訴您接下來會重新啟動，然後您就可以變更 Windows 的啟動行為，其中包括安全模式。

所以請按下右下角的【重新啟動】。

按下【重新啟動】之後，電腦就會立刻重新開機，並且在開機之後立即顯示啟動設定選項，如下圖。

在這邊我們就可以看到跟以前開機時按下 F8 類似的選項，我們要找的【安全模式】也在這邊。在這個選單中，您無法使用滑鼠，但是您可以藉著按下數字鍵 1到 9，或者 F1 到 F9 來啟動您要選擇的選項，按下 F10 則是會跳至下一頁。

如果要啟動【安全模式】的話，您可以按下 4 或是 F4，或者也可以按下 5 或 6 來啟動具有網路或命令提示字元功能的安全模式。

按下 4 之後，您就會看到電腦會以安全模式進入 Windows 8 了，同樣的，您可以在畫面的四個角落看到【安全模式】的字樣，而且現在也會開啟說明與支援來說明安全模式的使用。

如何進入安全模式

在 Windows 8 中，改變了進階啟動的方式，如果您想要開啟安全模式的話，您可以以下面方式來開啟。
