For Server need configure the Time Source, sample command

C:\>w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:stdtime.gov.hk /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update

For BDC and Client Computer
C:\>w32tm /config /update /computer:<time server name>

*** Please make sure Windows Time Services is started, C:\>net start w32time
